At HULALA HOME, we want you to love your new furniture as much as we loved designing it. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
